Scope: marketing website and web application

This policy applies to the entire keystoneiq.ai origin, including:

  • The public marketing website (e.g. home, pricing, about);
  • Authentication and account flows (e.g. sign-in, sign-up, password reset); and
  • The signed-in web application (e.g. routes under /app and related product pages).

These surfaces share the same first-party domain; strictly necessary cookies (such as authentication and security) and functional storage (such as theme preference) may apply across both “marketing” and “app” areas. Where analytics (e.g. PostHog) are enabled, we use the same consent mechanism for visitors and signed-in users: the in-app banner when required, and the keystoneiq_analytics_consent preference stored in your browser (see below).

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels. We refer to all of these as “cookies” unless we specify otherwise.

2. Who sets cookies?

  • First-party cookies are set by Intellibricks (e.g., session, preferences).
  • Third-party cookies are set by partners we use (e.g., analytics), subject to their policies.

5. Your choices

  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break login or core features.
  • Analytics opt-out. Where we use non-essential analytics, we load them only after opt-in via the in-app banner when PostHog is enabled. Your choice is stored in localStorage under keystoneiq_analytics_consent (values accepted or declined). Use the banner when shown, clear site data to reset, or contact support@keystoneiq.ai.
  • Do Not Track. There is no consistent industry standard; we treat signals as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy. Check the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be announced in-product or by email where appropriate.
